Questions
Is it really the sky of that night?
Yes. We use astronomical models to compute where every star and planet was, seen from that place at that time, and the moon's exact phase. It is the same mathematics observatories use, not an illustration.
What if I don't know the exact time?
Give the evening, 10 pm for instance. The stars move slowly; the sky will be right within a few degrees. If you know the minute, we use it.
Where does the weather come from?
From the historical weather record for that place and day, available back to 1940. If no record exists for your date, the print goes without the weather line.
Can I choose the words?
Three titles are ready, and a fourth is yours to write. Plus a line of your own under the date, for a name, a dedication, anything.
Returns?
A personalised print cannot be returned for a change of mind: it carries your date, your place, your words. But if it arrives damaged or different from your preview, we replace it or refund you in full.
